Need for achievement of postgraduate practitioners of military social sciences and humanities block research on 120 practitioners who are learning and researching at the Political Academy. The article presents overall assessment of the need for achievement of the practitioners, the level of expression of the need for achievement, the factors that influence and propose psychological measures contributing to the development of practitioners' needs for achievement.
