Organizing extracurricular activities aims at improving the efficiency of the political and ideological education for the youth in patriotism. It is considered as one of the most basic forms to gather a large number of young members, make diffusing psychological effects of youth to the strongly, aggressively patriotic movement, contributing to the development of strong agencies and units.
