Health care plays an important role for people's life. From the perspective of human development, a healthy and long-lasting life is an universal goal which every human desires to achieve. In spite of economy's rapid expansion, the challenges for Thai Nguyen in both providing and accessing health care services have been big problems that need solutions to improve the efficiency of health care services, contributing to the human development of the province.
