Tóm tắt

Mineral resources are assets owned by the whole people and managed by the State of Viet Nam. They are important resources for economic - social development. Recently, the state management of mineral resources and mineral activities has made many positive changes. However, there are still shortcomings and limitations which need to be overcome. This paper proposed a number of measures to improve the management effectiveness of mineral resources towards the sustainable development of mineral resources of Viet Nam.
