The term "workers" here includes civil servants, officials and people who are contracted to do professional work. Highly committed workers always have good motivation to work, be active, self-reliant, have physical and mental health. Through implementation results, it creates the attachment of yourself to the work, helping the organization quickly achieve its goals. The article highlights the significance and importance of employee's commitment to implementation, thereby offering some solutions to contribute to building and promoting the commitment of employees in the Vietnamese public sector.
