Analyzing characteristics of the recruitment process in some public organizations. The results show that public organizations attract candidates primarily through introduction and notification in the media. The selection method is widely used by public organizations, including probationary forms and testing. However, the trial step is only formal in the selection. The main reason for motivating workers into public organizations is mainly due to the stable nature of the work as well as the policy regime and reputation of the organization. Therefore, public organizations should take advantage of their advantages to have effective solutions to attract quality human resources to the organization.
