In the context of market economy, economic relations as well as foreign trade develop rapidly. Documentary credit payment method is considered as one of the reliable and reliable payment transaction tools for import and export parties. Through the review of outstanding international lawsuits, the study shows that many different forms of fraud have caused great damage in terms of costs and time for businesses and banks.
