The paper introduces the method of determining healthy people carrying the hemophilia A gene by microsatellite-DNA technique. The study results show that 100% of mothers carry Hemophilia A gene and 63.1% of female family members are healed of Hemophilia A. The study has completed the process of identifying healthy people Hemophilia A disease by microsatellite-DNA technique.
