The construction and development of safe food brands in particular and the National brand for Vietnamese products in general is one of the national key programs, which have been assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to preside over implemented in Decision No. 253/2003 / QD-TTg dated November 25, 2003. The program has called for the participation of many agencies, ministries and agencies at the central and local levels. As a result of the Program, many Vietnamese food brands have affirmed their position not only in the domestic market, but also in the international market. However, these results are only initial successes, and many Vietnamese food brands need to be perfected, reaching to international standards to be placed in consumers' shopping carts in the world.
