Assessment of double-refractive difference in 435 patients aged 6-17 and glasses adjustment results at Central Eye Hospital in 2013. The results showed that there were 71 main eyes and 799 eyes with rupture radiation. The rate of refractive errors is myopia 80.2%, presbyopia 9.0% and astigmatism 10.8%. Light refractive difference accounted for 75.9%, average 18.1% and 6.0% high. The common amblyopia rate is 15.6%. Urban disparity accounts for 11.8% of the slightly refractive difference group, 22.8% in the average difference group and 42.3% in the high difference group. The prevalence of amblyopia is highest in presbyopia patients (78.1%) and the lowest is in the proportion of hypertensive patients (22.3%). 5.3% of patients find it uncomfortable to wear glasses.
