This report introduces the thermal risks index that is used for measuring thermal risks of typical reaction hazard in correlation with Di-tert-butyl peroxide based on thermal reaction and adiabatic time as reaching to maximum speed. This is considered as the foundation which can be applied in technological safety, damage prevention and emergency response to heat-sensitive hazard.
