Purpose: to evaluate the short-term anatomical andjimctional responses qtter mtravitreal injection of Bevacizumah for choroidal neovascularization (CNV) not secondary to age-related macular degeneration as well as its complications.Method: 20 eyes of 20 patients with CNV not secondary to AMD treated by intravitreal injection of Bevacizumah (1. 25mg) in Fundus department. VNIO from 6/2007-6/2008. The jollow-up times is at 1 week and monthly. The main outcomes were visual acuity, central retinal thickness (CRT) and complication. Result: there were 11 .females and 9 males wuh mean age of 50.55 year olds. The average of injection is 1.75. Mean visual acuify improved from 0.2219 at base-line to 0.3857 at the last visit. The difference is statistically significant (t test, t= 1.75. p0.05). The second main outcome - mean CRT reduced significant from 516. 75 + or - .47.48um at base-line to 382. 20 + or - 39. 82um at the last visit (t test. t
