Hypopharyngeal cancers involve a tumor that is relatively more silent than other head and neck cancer tumors. Objective. Describe the clinical and CT scan features. Materials and Methods: A prospective study from a series of 62 patients diagnosed of the hypopharyngeal cancers operateds. Results and Discusion The comparision the diagnosis the lession in out of the hypopharyngeal, and eosophageal on the clinical and CT scan with the operation is lower exactely (96 percent). There is the same of the diagnosis the lesion expanded on the base lingual ( p0.05). Conclusion: The exact of the diagnosis on the clinical and CT scan is 96 percent.
