Hypopharyngeal cancers involve a tumor that is relatively more silent than other head and neck cancer tumors. Objective. Describe the clinical and CT scan features. Materials and Method: A prospective study from a series of 62 patients diagnosed of the hypopharyngeal cancers operateds. Results and Discusion : The hypesignal is 100 percent on the CT scan (85.5 percent + + +) . There isn't diferent of the diagnosis of the site in the CT scan and clinical (p 0.05) There is diferent of the diagnosis of the tumor (T) in the CT scan and clinical (p0.05). The pyriform sinus is the initial site of the tumor. Conclusion: The form ulcerative and infiltrative 67.7 percent, the SCC 100 percent.
