Body of jaw was made of carbon materials synthesized C-PEEK. Tested the model histocompatibility at Histology and embryology department of Hanoi medical university. Were reconstructed operation by biomaterial C-PEEK for 2 patients with missing condylar proc and body of jaw that at Maxillo Plastic surgery department of No.103 Hospital of Vietnam military medicine university. The results show that C-PEEK has histocompatibility. Two patients were replaced mandibular body by C-PEEK after 9 months did not show signs of graft rejection, integrate better life, chewing function guaranteed and improved of life.
