Bài viết giới thiệu việc xây dựng và sử dụng các cặp tối thiểu để chỉnh âm cho 7 ca trẻ em trong độ tuổi 3 - 12 tuổi tại TPHCM bị khe hở môi - vòm miệng sau phẫu thuật. Việc chỉnh âm được tiến hành từ tháng 9/2012 đến tháng 4/2015 đã chứng minh tính đúng đắn của giả thuyết nghiên cứu: hiệu quả của việc chỉnh âm cho trẻ bị khe hở môi - vòm miệng sẽ được nâng cao đáng kể nếu các cặp tối thiểu được xây dựng và sử dụng hợp lý. Speech therapy was conducted from September 2012 to April 2015 and proved the accuracy of the hypothesis: the effectiveness of therapy for children with cleft lip and palate will be improved considerably, if minimal pairs are used in integration with utterance and discourse.
