“Ensure the best benefits for juvenile” is a principle of international law as well as our viewpoint throughout the policies of protecting, caring for and educating children. Whereby, based on the principle of ensuring the best benefits for offenders under 18 years of age, Vietnamese Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Code of 2015 have been significantly amended and supplemented. This article contributes to analysis these new points. Keywords: The Penal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, juvenile commiting crime.Bảo đảm lợi ích tốt nhất cho người chưa thành niên” là nguyên tắc của luật pháp quốc tế, đồng thời cũng là quan điểm xuyên suốt trong chính sách bảo vệ, chăm sóc, giáo dục trẻ em của Việt Nam. Theo đó, Bộ luật hình sự (BLHS) và Bộ luật tố tụng hình sự (BLTTHS) năm 2015 của Việt Nam trên cơ sở bảo đảm lợi ích tốt nhất cho người dưới 18 tuổi đã có những điều chỉnh quan trọng.
