E-commerce is an important means to connect the demands of product, service between government, business, and consumer in the fourth industrial revolution (4.0). It is also considered a key economy sector at present and in the future in in teitietionel integration which brings many benefits to the economy, business, and consumer. Therefore, it is imperative to analyze impact of the revolution 4.0 on e-commerce to identify a proper approach and improve state management of e-commerce.
