Tóm tắt

The article provides the critical information on skills in developing an individual education programme for children with disabilities. It also analyzes the importance of skills in developing the individual education program and teaching children with disabilities conducted by teachers in general and kindergarten teachers in particular. Since the survey the author has also defined the necessary tasks for settings training teachers in special needs education to improve the quality of training teachers in all settings as well as focusing on skills in developing the individual education programmes for children with disabilities are the indispensable needs based on realities.
