The Vietnam Communist Party and the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam have a policy on educational socialization in order to enhance the quality and effect of training education. Vietnam Trade Union Vocational Training School is fully aware of the understanding in managerial staff, teachers and staff for organizing that policy. Some management measures of the work of socialization of education and training are set forth and implemented, achieving some results
however, there is still the existence of many shortcomings. The article refers to that real situation, analyzing the causes and bringing out some lessons in the experience, aiming at improving the quality of management of socialization of vocational education and training in schools for the future.
