The development of VIII/IX inhibitor in patients with Hemophilia A/B after treatment with alternative products is a serious complication. Detect and evaluate the level of inhibitors in patients with Hemophilia is useful in the treatment of Hemophilia, especially in the treatment of bleeding. In the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, the authors undertook detection and quantification of VIII/IX inhibitors by Bethesda method for 665 Hemophilia patients, including 556 patients with Hemophilia A and 109 Hemophilia B.
