In the context of ASEAN are prioritized for urgent deployment of a joint action program to finalize plans for building ASEAN Community by 2015, according to which all ASEAN members are equal and are thought to contribute services as each other in the process of building this community. The paper showed that promoting elevate bilateral relations between Vietnam and some member countries be deployed to selected countries that Vietnam will continue to contribute actively and responsibly in strengthen solidarity and build a strong ASEAN community.
