For the retrenchment and the increase of the annual turnover, income and the production efficiency of each enterprise and the whole Vinacomin, one of the most important tasks is to carry out the research works on the improvement of the cost control in the mineral mining industry. In the paper, the authors introduce the actual situation of the cost control in Vinacomin in recent years and propose some solutions for improving this task in the coming years.
