The authors used Articulate Studio '09 software to analyze the multiple choice items on amphibian class (Amphibia) for e-learning with different objectives. The results include three objective tests, each with 50 questions (11 types) taken in 60 minutes. In addition, the article developed the guidelines of Articulate Studio '09.
