Analyzing the construction probability on weak soil is a complicated issue. This science article suggests the method that uses finite element theory to divide soil into many thin layers and calculate construction parameters of each layer. The model used is to locate constructions in the natural surface of soil. Construction properties of soil would be calculated by dividing soil layers with using software written by language C++. These model and software would be applied for analyzing and selecting the reasonable solution for foundation construction of high-rise building and traffic construction in the most weak soil region in Mekong River Delta of Vietnam.
