Tóm tắt

Electricity system of Vietnam is endless developed and asked for the optimization of the planning and opreration to the power plants in the system. This paper presents the basic content of the optimal problem that how to develop the Vietnamese electricity system considering to the properlies of the power sources and transmition line. This is macroscopic problem that impacts on many fields and has a realistic value to the management and operation of the power sources in Vietnam.
