 The Marginal Cost Pricing Method (MCPM) is used to determine the price of buildings (or goods in general) for installment purchase. It includes the estimating for two amounts of money: the maximum value for the first payment, which is reasonable for both the vendor and the buyer
  and the equal annual installment (Marginal Cost). This pricing method not only encourages the "demands" but also the "supplies", which therefore may contribute to the sustainable development of the economy.
