The purpose of this paper is to give the recommended function to calculate the displacement of Spudcan of Jack up and suggest the practice method to design Jackup structure based on interaction between soil and Spudcan during the operation of Jackup. The recommended function would be based on equation of force equilibrium and the recent science result of seabed properties.
