This article aims at giving the overview jack up and the basic difference in analysis method of Jack up structure and the fixed platforms. The analysis method as the best way for calculating jack up structure would be the dynamic analysis on time domain. Then, comparing the dynamic analysis result with the result in quasi static method to indicate that the more accurate and reliable result of dynamic analysis.
