 The article made the assessments on the status of management staff of science and technology and training work in Vietnam in recent years
  clear analysis of training needs of scientific and technological management staff to meet the requirements of scientific, technological and economic-social development in the coming years. The authors also showed the need to build a scientific and technological management training unit as the National Institute of Scientific and Technological Management.
