Tóm tắt

Through research programs and projects, domestic and international science and technology research organizations has successfully transferred many agricultural technological scientific advances to the farmers. The enterprises has contributed to these successes as a bridge to bring the results of that research to farmers. The article also pointed out the measures and recommendations aimed at removing policy and support mechanisms for the transfer and application of technologies.
