In this article, the results of research have been presented that aiming to improve the surface stifness of the engineered wood flooring is produced from wood layer of Keo la tram tree (Acacia auriculiformis) modified with Dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea. The research results showed that concentration of chemicals and processing duration affected on some quality criteria of engineered wood flooring, such as abrasive surface, bonding strength and stiffness of the product but does not significantly affected on density, moisture content of the product
