The management and harvesting practice should be as follows to issue the regulation of standing volume and the minimum diameter classes eligible for harvest. These regulations must be simple to facilitate the management while at the same time ensuring that forest resources are maintained and forests are sustainably managed. Forests which are not qualified for harvest shall be protected and maitained to meet the harvesting requirements. For forests which are qualified for harvest, then its certain standing volume and diameter classes shall be maitained to avoid lossing forests.
