The study was performed to design, manufacture and test a heat pump dryer for bee pollen drying with capacity of 5 kg/batch. Based on model of available pollen dryer, the research was proceeded determine regression equations describe the effects of drying parameters on technical and economic norms. The experimental results determined the related equations of influence of drying air temperature and drying air velocity on vitamine C content in dried bee pollen and specific energy consumption for drying process.
