Water supply for life and irrigation in resettlement area of Son La Hydropower project is very necessary. Some methods had been applied but the results still be undesirable. The Hydraulic Construction Institute proposed and implemented a new method by using WaterBelt combine with ground water in surface layers then to collect sufficient amount of water for use purposes. It is very remarkable method for similar areas.
