The study aims to evaluate the effects of IAS-2 herb extract made up from tem and leaf powder of Pouzoilzia zeilanica (L.) benn 21.6 percent, Tinospora crispa (L.) Miers 51.2 percent and Ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) 27.2 percent on the performace of COBB - 308 broiler line. The supplement ratio of herb extract into the chicken diets varied from 0.06 percent to 0.24 percent and compared with the berberine. The experimental time lasted 7 weeks. The results indicated the the supplement of herb extract IAS-2 improved the weight gain, decreased the feed conversion and diarrhea rate whereas there was no effects on the feed intake, survival rate and meat quality.
