Dynamic Wavelength Routing Optical Burst Switching Ring (DWR-OBSR) network permits using dynamic wavelength allocation without collision. In order to use the wavelength resource efficiently, a new algorithm pick out transmissive wavelength is proposed. With checking either of parameters of used time and space, the most suitable wavelengths will be choosed to transmite burst. The simulation results show that, by using this algorithm, the efficiency of wavelength resource utilization is significantly increased while the burst loss remains low compared to that of other OBSR networks.
