From the analysis of the English for Information Technology (IT) teaching and learning reality and challenges at Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology (lCT), the article analyzes or discusses the factors affecting to selected sophomore students' performance in reading English for IT and the relationship between the factors at Thai Nguyen University of ICT. academic year 2010-2011 and proposes a number of suggestions to teach and learn ESP effectively.
