Developing industrial zones in Vietnam in the last few years was a right decision of Vietnamese Government. Industrial zones played an important role in industries, economic development and fastened economic change toward industrialization and modernization. Industrial zones helped to creat employments for local people, capacity for management staff and skilled workers... With the advantages of Pho Yen district, some big investment projects in term of scale and value were attracted to the district. As a result, Pho Yen has become a noticeable district of the province in investment encouragement, economic movement, creating motivation for development of sevice sector and finally, living condition of local people were improveed significantly.
