 Robertsonian translocations are the most common structural chromosomal abnormalities. The aims of this study was to analysis karyotyp in couples with Robertsonian translocation to counsel reproductive risks for these couples. The results show that 18 couples were indentificated Robertsonian translocation: 9 couples (8 wives and 1 husband) were t(13q

  1 couple (husband) was t(13q
 15q)
  2 couples (2 husbands) were t(13q
 13q)
  3 couples (3 wives) were t(14q
 21q)
  1 couple (wife) was t(14q
 22q) and 2 couples (1 wife and 1 husband) were t(21q
 21q). Thus, the couples with Robertsonian translocation should be counseled about the reproductive risks.
