Placenta accreta is an abnormality of the placenta position. It could lead to severe complication for pregnant women due to placenta bleeding. The rate of this condition is increasing due to preference of Cesarian-section. The study was to describe Doppler signs of placenta accreta. The results show that: all cases have the history of miscarriage, abbortion. Among those, over 25 percent of pregnant women have no previous Cesarian section. Gestation age diagnosed is 22 weeks by ultrasound. Exceptionally, 18.5 percent found .with over 38 week. Color Doppler sign is specific for this condition and 100 percent cases found with the cavity of fluid between placenta and uterine, and image of blood vessel go perpendicularly to uterine wall. In conclusion, placenta accreta can be diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound, especially in high risk population. Specific Doppler ultrasound image is a cavity of fluid between placenta and uterine wall, and blood vessel go perpendicularly to the uterine wall.
