Influenza virus A(H1N1) was agent of the Influenza pandemic in the world in 2009. However, the database of this virus was unknown. The study was conducted to describe clinical manifestations and viral shedding in A(H1N1) patients. The results show that, the presentation of influenza A(H1N1) is similar in man and woman. The median age was 24.4 + or - 2.5 years old. Fever occurred in 100 percent, cough in 44.7 percent, rhinorrhea in 28.9 percent, sore throat in 26.3 percent, headache in 21.1 percent. The mean duration of viral shedding from illness onset was day 6.74 + or - 2.79 days. The clinical manifestations in avian influenza A(H1N1) are poor. Shedding time was long so we need to find out a solution for the virus transmission.
