Stroke is a commonly disease and have the severe sequels, in these sequel of hand is very difficult to recover. The aims of this study were determine the situation of hand function in stroke patients. Almost stroke patients were the extremely severe hand function: 61.2 percent patients had completely 1055 of hand movement 90.5 percent patients had completely 1055 of the advanced hand activities.
