Study was carried out to determine degree of acute kidney injury (AKI) according to pRIFLE and the assessment some factors related to AKI of ventilated severse patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). The results showed that the rate of AKI acounted for 53 percent, the group 12 months was 73.3 percent. The classification based on pRIFLE with R: 27.8 percent, it acounted for 43.3 percent and F was 28.9 percent, the time of AKI from 1 to 3 days (85.7 percent), acording to the level of AKI: the level R acount for 81.5 percent in first day, the level I was 88.1 percent), from 1 to 3 days and the level' F was over 3 days (82.1 percent). Some risk factors related to AKI was sepsis congenital heart diseases, cardiovascular failure, live failure, coagulation and some factors: coma
nosocombial infection and using antibiotic. Aminoglucozid had no related to AKI. In conclusion, it's needed to monitor blood creatinin to early diagnosis AKI in PICU.
