The study was carried out to assess parasitic germs in vegetables using waste water in urban and rural of Hoa Binh province. Examination vegetable by Romanenko method to find parasitic germs on 660 vegetable samples using waste water, including 6 common species showed that, all species in urban and rural were infected parasitic germs, especially protozoa. The parasitic infection on vegetables in urban and rural as helminthic infection was 1.2 percent and 6.1 percent respectively, including Ascaris eggs of 0.9 percent and 3.0 percent, Trichuris eggs of 0.3 percent and 1.2 percent respectively
protozoa infection was 23.6 percent and 23.9 percent respectively including E histolytica cysts of 1.8 percent and 4.2 percent, E. coli cysts of 1.5 percent and 4.2 percent, Cryptosporidium of 5.2 percent and 7.0 percent, Cyclospora of 6. 7 percent and 8.2 percent, Giardia of 2.7 percent and 3.3 percent, other protozoa 8.1 percent and 15.2 percent respectively. In conclusions, in Hoa Binh province, all common vegetable species in urban and rural were infected helminthic and protozoa germs, which infected to human.
