Paralysis of VII nerve (facial nerve) is a condition in deforming the face of aesthetics and functionality. Causes of facial nerve paralysis may be caused by congenital or acquired. There are many reports on how to reconstruction and repair the deformity of forehead, eyes, mouth or nose of the VII nerve paralysis, but not a surgical can be successful with all these deformities, it is only effective with each the defect in patients. In this report, the authors want to report first step in reconstruction of buccal branch by anatomose facia-masseteric nerve.
