Research was carried on indicators of coagulation disorders and platelet count in 81 patients with dengue hemorrhagie. Average age of patients was 32 years old, 32 men/49 women. Pourcentage of hospitalization of patients on day 5 of disease is highest, all patients had high fever and bleeding. All study patients were thrombocytopenia (platelet count reduced from 8-132G/L) on average only 35.2G/L. Coagulation dysfunction manifested in the results of coagulation tests. 21 patients have reduced levels of Fibrinogen in plasma accounted for 25.93 percent, 20 patients with prolonged APTT accounted for 24.69 percent. Clinical results are consistent with the clinical symptoms consistent with research and diagnostic criteria of dengue hemorrhagic WHO (WHO, 1997).
