Acquired hemophilia is very rare disease and usually has severe bleeding in clinical. The authors report two cases with acquired hemophilia A in 2 old women used traditional medicine. Clinical symptom include bleeding in muscle, purpura, and bleeding in gum. Coagulation test show that: prolong APTT, mixing test (intrinsic way) positive after incubation 2 hour/37°C, factor VIII deficiency (11 percent and 6.2 percent), factor IX and factor XI were normal, factor VIII inhibitor 1.2 BU and 6BU. Patient number 1 was treated by cryoprecipitate, corticoid, azathioprin. Patient number 2 was treated by cryoprecipitate, FEIBA, corticoid, cyclophosphamis, vincristin. Both of them were stopped bleeding, inhibitor negative, level of factor VIII were normal after treatment (2 months in patient number 1 and 3 months in patient number 2).
