Background: End-stage renal diseases (ESRD) is a severe disease, that has complications and that can reduces quality of life of patients. Aims: 1/ study quality of life by using SF-36 questionaire in patients with ESRD (conservate and HD treatment). 2/ Look for relation between quality of life and Kt/V and PRU.Patients, Methods: 60 ESRD patients with conservate treatment and 60 HD patients. Using SF-36 questionaire to evaluate quality of life, calculate score of SF-36, Kt/V and PRU. Results: 1/ SF-36 score in ESRD of two groups: - Mental health: 29.67 + or - 15.29 in conservate group Vs 54.9 + or - 10.31 in HD group (p 0.0l)
