the rate of people infected who get a community care increase, the index effect reached from 89.2 percent to 84.9 percent. - In addition to the health sector, people infected with HIV get a medical care from the nongovernmental organizations, social associations and support group... All these rates are increased than before the intervention, the index effect reached from 34.7 percent to 37.5 percent.
